IBM Magstar 3590 tape cartridge:

The Magstar 3590 B tape format is a 128-track magnetic tape data storage format originally developed by IBM in 1995, with a native capacity of 10GB. Designed as a successor to its earlier 3480/3490E storage family, the medium itself is one half inch wide, 320 meters long, and packaged in a 4" x 5" x 1" plastic cartridge containing a single reel.

In 1998, IBM doubled the 3590 family's native capacity to 20GB with the introduction of the 256-track 3590E. In 2000 they introduced 634 meter 3590J tape media, which doubled the existing drives' capacity, and finally, in 2002, increased the capacity of the Magstar 3590 family to 30/60GB with the 384-track 3590H.
