Sony AIT:

The AIT tape format is a helical-scan magnetic tape data storage format originally developed by Sony in 1996. Initial native (uncompressed) capacity was 25GB. 1999 saw the release of the AIT-2, with a native capacity of 36GB, and the later AIT-3, AIT-4 and AIT-5 generations held 100GB, 200GB, and 400GB respectively. The tape medium itself is 8mm wide, packaged in a compact plastic cartridge containing dual reels, and between 170 and 246 meters long
